At least for people who purchased the full July monthly. The person who's trying to do Arnold's job has gotten the final verson of MofH available in ePub and HTML versions. Interestingly, he is close to the James Bond of the Fleming books. That James Bond was a very scary individual. In the only book not from Bond's point of view, a young woman saw Bond confront some mobsters and saw very clearly the similarities between Bond and the mobsters.
