I say that the Mesans are DEAD DEAD DEAD after this! When the Manticorans and the Havenites find out that the murder of Webster and attempt on Berry were Mesan, and that Haven was manipulated into the whole Legislaturalist government, and probably backed Pierre as well, not even the Solarian League will be able to stop Manticore and Haven from turning Mesa into a radioactive billiard ball! And I don't CARE if they have thirty "Sharks", do they think that few ships will save them from the whole Maniticoran FLEET? They are crazy and their only strength lies in black ops.

Wasn't there a comment about this book ending in a cliffhanger? Perhaps the war with the Sollies will start at the end of this book?

We all know that there is a Texas cage match coming between the Sollies and everyone else in the galaxy but I dont think the showdown is in this book.

Having read the EARC, i can say that it does end in a cliffhanger, but I will say nothing more
