From what I read in When the Tide Rises, a heavy cruiser seems to have 12 tubes or so... so maybe I was wrong about the 20. She probably has about 10 to 12 tubes. Of course, they also said that Alliance ships are bigger in tonnage than RCN ones usually to give more space for more sailors. So she could have one or two more tubes. Other than that, I was suprised in the difference in the number of tubes between a heavy cruiser and a battleship... something like 12 to 48 (36 for the Los tze). That doesn't seem right in context. That's why i thought the heavy cruisers would at least have 20 tubes.

Man... I've been waiting for the snippets to be released forever now... finally... So he got the Milton huh?? Awesome... If I remember correctly she's a modified heavy cruiser, something about being more fit as a raider and for speed or something. The prologue seems ominous... If Cinnabar represents Rome, we may finally get to see a Cinnabar defeat. Otherwise, if he could kill heavy cruisers with a corvette, It'll be interesting to see what him in a heavy cruiser with 20 or so missle tubes can do.
