Minor neepery: "FiestaCon" is the name that Tempe's Westercon committee decided to give to their Westercon, just like last year's Worldcon was "Denvention Three" and next year's Worldcon is "Anticipation." There is no ongoing convention called "FiestaCon." Your wording makes it sound like there's an ongoing convention called FiestaCon that happens to be hosting Westercon this year.

If you wonder why I even bother with this sort of distinction, it's because as co-chairman of the 2002 Worldcon in San Jose ("ConJose"), I had to deal with people contacting us the following year wanting "information on the 2003 ConJose." No reason to get Arizona fans thinking that there's a new annual local convention starting up.
