snippets are continuous – except when someone with a “tum-te-tum” decides to tease us with a couple of small bits from far into the future over on the bar. They typically aren’t numbered like the proper snippets, eg: Snippet 109.

One question that I have is…as this is my 1st time with the snippets…
Have we gotten a continuous stream or do the snippets skip sections? In other words, when I get my copy should I start reading from the beginning to pick up what I missed or do I go to the section where these snippets leave off?

Oh yes – according to what I read the results in other places are mixed. In Siddermark, somehow all the Charisian ships in EVERY town weigh anchor at the same time and get out of Dodge just before they are attacked.

Actually, I believe it will be in the next book according to what I read on Baen’s Bar. Basically other’s have hinted at it in previous comments that basically he orders the town – I think it will be this one, to be taken. All the people are given one hour to leave, the inquisitors are rounded up and hung and the ships fire on the town and destroy it. Caleb makes sure that the towns people know exactly why it’s happening and that he personally ordered it.
